Antique Japanese Satsuma Vase - Meiji Period
A highly detailed antique Japanese satsuma vase with two scenes of daily life. It dates from the Meiji period (1868-1912). It is signed on the bottom and is detailed with gold accents throughout. What appears as a nick on the bottom rim of the vase is below the glaze surface and intrinsic to the piece when it was made. It is in excellent antique condition.
