We strive to provide the best customer service possible, with the goal being your complete satisfaction. We work extremely hard to represent each item through multiple photographs and a detailed description. We encourage you to email us with any and all questions you might have prior to your purchase. We are here to help you in your selection. If an item is new or is a reproduction, it will be noted in that item's description. On the whole, our older items are in excellent antique or vintage condition. If not, any wear will be duly noted in the item description. Given the antique and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our older items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through our secure protected check out procedure. We will never share or sell any of your personal or credit card information with anyone.
You may also make secure payments through your PayPal account.
To confirm that your connection is secure and active during checkout, a green closed lock will be displayed in the address bar of your browser window.
All items purchased and shipped within the state of California will be charged sales tax at a rate of 8.75%.
If you hold a current California Resale License, please select the FOR CALIFORNIA RESALE LICENSE HOLDERS option on the Shipping & Payment page. Please email a scanned copy of your resale license to email@example.com. Upon receipt of your resale license, we will email you with further instructions to complete your purchase.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We ship via USPS priority mail and fully insure each shipment for the total purchase price. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based upon volume, weight, and insurance costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing your order and shipping. Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States.
If on rare occasion an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. All shipments are fully insured. Please keep all shipping boxes and packing material. If the damaged item(s) or packing are thrown away without our authorization the claim might be voided and no credit can be issued.
